Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Account Suspension & Governing Law

Account Termination & Suspension

E92 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. Once an account is terminated, the user may forfeit access to all balances associated with the violation.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the closure request has been verified and all compliance requirements have been met.

Accounts that have been inactive for a defined period may be subject to the platform's inactive account policy. Users will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account.
